Kenny made the entire selling and buying process much easier than I was expecting it to be. He motivated us and wanted to find us exactly what we wanted. I enjoyed working with him through the whole process and also feel like we made a new family friend. I have already referred him to some friends and family and am so happy we got to work with him. Kenny Dunn was an awesome realtor! I guess 3rd time is a charm! He was our third realtor and our home had been on the market for over 2 years when we connected with Kenny upon being referred to him by someone we met who knew him.
We had a beautiful historic home, which in itself can be a task, because it limits the buyers and it also had steep stairs that were a concern for some who had fell in love with the home, but either had young children or who were older. Then, on top of that our home was located in an area that has been in the process of being revitalized and is a commute into Richmond or Charlottesville. Of course, it also had already been on the market for over 2 years and it wasn't because there were issues with the home as it was a beautifully well maintained home, but when a home is on the market for a while it can be of concern to potential home buyers and cause some people to not even want to come for a showing.
Although Kenny didn't live in our area he was very knowledgeable about our location. In addition, I could quickly gather that he was a go getter and perhaps enjoyed a challenge! At the time, our son was 2 to 3 when we first met Kenny and he literally asked Kenny to hold him and after Kenny left randomly he would ask when he would see him again!!! We decided to utilize Kenny and dont regret our decision and would surely highly recommend him!
We had more people coming to our house for showings with Kenny. We had more offers as well. He really worked diligently for us and we not only sold our home, but we sold our home to the perfect buyer who loves historic homes and has continued to take such great care of it!!! We are truly happy with the outcome and greatly appreciate Kenny!!!
